the last day...

if you only had one day left with someone that you have grown to love...

what would you do?
what would you say?

this is the reality that we will be faced with tomorrow... to have to leave the faces, the places, the stories, the hunger, the depression, the opportunities, the lives, the hugs, the smiles, the mission...

it seems funny to me that a place with NOTHING gives so much to people that seem to have EVERYTHING!

I always heard you say you had a blog and I decided to check it out. Glad I did.

"it seems funny to me that a place with NOTHING gives so much to people that seem to have EVERYTHING!"

I love that. It's so true. Because I gained EVERYTHING from this trip and the kids and the people that were there with me! I've never been so excited and terrified and I love it! Thanks Freddy.

This week honestly changed my life.

You said it completely right. I gained more from the people there then I gave I think. Handing out food and giving my time to them was the least I could do. They gave me a glimpse of God and the way life and love should be.

I don't even know if it's possible for me to turn around now.

What a beautiful week.
Thanks for being awesome, Freddy. Thanks for being there.

Liz

I love that! Because it's so completely true. I really gained EVERYTHING out of this trip! From the kids, from the people we served, from the people who were there serving with me. It was incredible, I've never felt so excited and terrified in my life. Thanks Freddy!

We're actually LIVING it.
