a sense of destiny...

| 4 Comments | No TrackBacks

this month at the gathering we are attempting to answer a question that some may assume is quite subjective but one that I feel has been answered for us.

what does it mean to be human?

this past wednesday night at the gathering we started the process that will ultimately and hopefully leave us with a sense of destiny… we now know there was something special reserved for us in god’s creative process that no other thing or creature created was meant for. there was nothing else that was created in his image and made with his breath… the greek word that was translated breath is the same word for spirit… we are the only things in the creative process that is both physical and spiritual.

there is something special about you and me…
there is something special about life…
there is something special about your LIFE…

may we learn how to live to fully…
may we learn how to live to fulfill our destiny…
may our lives reflect our creator…

Fred,

Dude, this sounds like some stuff from Rob Bell's BREATHE Nooma video. I love the portrayal of the fact that God's name is breathing(this would only make sense if you watched the nooma vid)!

Much love,
Ryan Weiss

Hey Fred,

Sorry dude, i have to post comments under a different name because i have "posted too many comments". so......

Anyway, dude, i get it, it makes sense to me, but how do i convey it to others? Man, I get it, but i want other people to get SO BADLY that it seems like it wont happen. Uhh...life is hard, but its worth it.

Much Love,
Ryan Weiss

yeah... i guess i need to watch that video... i have not seen it yet...
ALWAYS remember that your life tells the story... be authentic, be real, be AWARE of the opportunities...
