I don’t have the final numbers for you yet… but I do know that there was over 135 pairs of TOMS shoes sold last night at our TOMS event. More importantly, that is 135+ pairs of TOMS shoes that will be given to a child in need on the next shoe drop in November when the team travels to South Africa. That is what influence can do… that is what your influence has done! You have helped change lives. Feels good… right? To be a part of something bigger than you. To play a role in a larger story. We get so much more when we give. A great paradox in life
Don’t stop… DREAM… LIVE… tell the story, the story of hope, the story of difference… the story of LOVE.

TOM'S Shoes was an amazing event, one of the bigger that I have ever been apart of, and to see it all happen and how much God was in control, sure not everything went as planned but in the end the story was told and now that we know the story we need to share it. The last week has been go-go-go-go-go for me and almost seemed non-stop and at times I sat back and I was just like, what's next, I can't do this.... and we get beat down, we get exhausted, we get distracted and for a moment in time, we forget that God is there and He is in control. The reason we get exhausted, the reason we get beat down, the reason we get distracted is because we try to do it all by ourselves, both spiritually and physically... Spiritually meaning, God is here, now, don't be shy to ask for help, don't try and do it by yourself because it won't happen. We need God and without him we can do nothing...Physically speaking, there are many people around us daily, who love us, who care for us, who want to help us, so once again don't be shy to ask, we need eachother to start a movement, to create influence. If we work together and use eachothers strengths to fill our weaknesses along with God, not only will community happen, but influence will too and we will start a movement. It's reality people, we just need to start being hardcore. Let's be hardcore for God, let's make sure that everywhere we go, we share our story and ooze God. What better way to live life than to be in constant communion with God and continual community with people around us. What's this going to take to make it happen? Let's do it!
