It is 11:49 Thursday night.... i have been going non-stop all day long... all week long. I am tired, but i am energized. I have had three amazing conversations since the Mexico Team Training earlier tonight. Great conversations keep me going. They encourage me, they motivate me, they make me better, they make me stronger. Great conversations force me to think, to reflect, to DREAM.

I like that last part "make the time to make your words matter". I just had a conversation where I wasn't sensative in what I said. Not only did I bring up something that upset the other person but it hurt me to see them hurt. Words are powerful and you can't take them back. watch what you say, you never know when someone is listening.
Fred, been reading all your blogs, I find them interesting,captivatingly "now" but with truly a spirtual lesson behind each one. You keep doing this and people are going to think that your a pastor
