I saw this on another blog and i just absolutely could not refrain...

Please allow me to share my initial thoughts...
What are you supposed to do with this? Throw it in your neighbors pool and pray that they get saved? I am not one to put God in a box and say that it can't happen but... how many things will we come up with that further enables us from living life in such a way that forces us to have spiritual conversations. That's life... that is life as a disciple, as a follower of Christ. i hope that we will stop relying on things like rubber ducky's to share the gospel. The gospel was meant to be lived. LIVE IT!

Wow...

well it is a cute ducky....
lol im totally kidding but now that you mention it, its quite sad that our society have left it up to bath toys to preach the message.

i dont want a faith that i got off a duck!

i'm not so sure that i see this duck as a bad thing. i know that's not exactly what you're saying here, it's just i'm not sure i've seen many people witness with a rubber ducky. i think that if i had the duck (which i wish i did because it's a pretty sweet duck) i'd keep it where i can see it every day to remind myself how to live and how to be. but i get what you're saying about us not trying. us becoming numb to mediocracy, and i think we're all just a little too comfortable to care.

ya i have nothing against the duck, its got pretty colors and a good message but i was sayin its not the ducks job to lead people to christ.... you got that i kno. itd be kinda cool if i woke up and found that duck in my pool but i would have no idea what to do with it with out someone to explain it all and let me see christ shine through them. but alas.... i dont have a pool.
